Order Confirmation and Applicable Law All orders placed and purchases of goods made from us, whether through our physical store, over the phone, via our website, or any other approved means, are subject to these Terms and Conditions and require our acceptance. Acceptance occurs either upon the delivery of goods to you or by providing you with the purchased goods at our store. At this point, a legally binding contract is established between you and us.
Please note that the processing of your payment and the acknowledgment of your order, including an email confirming your order is being processed, do not constitute legal acceptance of your order. The contract is considered to be concluded in the United Kingdom and is governed by the laws of England.
Price and Payment The price for the goods you order or purchase is as displayed in-store and on our website at the time of order submission, plus any applicable delivery charges. All prices include the current applicable VAT rate, unless otherwise stated.
Occasionally, errors may occur, resulting in goods being incorrectly priced or described on the website or in our marketing materials. In such cases, we are not obligated to supply the goods at the incorrect price or according to the incorrect description. We reserve the right to correct errors and may, at our discretion, either cancel your order and refund the price paid or contact you to confirm your willingness to proceed at the correct price or description. If we are unable to contact you or you choose not to proceed, we will cancel your order and refund the amount paid.
We must receive full payment for the goods you order and any applicable delivery charges before we can process your order unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
For online orders, you can make payments using major credit or debit cards, Amazon Pay, or PayPal by providing the required details on the checkout page. By using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay, you confirm that the card or account belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. PayPal payments are subject to authorization by PayPal. If the issuer or PayPal refuses payment authorization, we will not accept your order, and we are not obliged to disclose the reason for refusal. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your card issuer or bank due to our processing of your payment or any fees imposed by PayPal.
Payment with Klarna We offer the following payment options in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB:

We strongly advise against sharing your payment card, Amazon Pay, or PayPal details and password with anyone, including us, via email. We cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from transmitting information via email or the internet. Any such loss is your responsibility.
If you are a trade customer, you are responsible for orders placed by your employees and for purchases made using cards issued to you. Individual order limits you set for your employees do not bind us.
As a trade customer, you may not withhold payment of any invoice or amount due to us based on a set-off or counterclaim you may assert.
We reserve the right to offset any debt or claim we have against you against any sums owed by us to you. The format of invoices and statements will be determined by us.
Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days from the date of receiving the goods without providing a reason. If you choose to cancel within this period, any payments made by you will be fully refunded within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the products in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging to Natural Baby Shower.
Availability All goods are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock to fulfill orders, if we do not have enough stock to supply the ordered and paid-for goods, we will attempt to contact you to discuss how to proceed. At our discretion, we may process any available part of your order. If goods are out of stock, we will promptly refund the amount paid, usually within 30 days.
"Stock Available" and "Pre-order" Items Occasionally, we may offer "Pre-order" items that are not available for immediate dispatch. These items will be clearly labeled on the website, along with their expected delivery date.
We also offer products marked as "Stock Available" that we have run out of stock, but we can order from our suppliers. These items will be labeled as "Stock Available" with an associated lead time.
Your complete order will be dispatched once the pre-order item becomes available. If you need other items from your order earlier, we recommend placing separate orders. Please be aware that expected delivery dates are approximate and estimated based on information from the supplier. While we make every effort to deliver promptly, Natural Baby Shower is not liable for any losses due to late delivery.
Manufacturer's Warranties and Guarantees Some of our goods come with manufacturer's warranties, guarantees, or similar assurances (refer to the relevant product description on our website for details). Any claims or queries related to a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee must be directed to the manufacturer. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any such warranty or guarantee.
These manufacturer's warranties or guarantees apply in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. Some products may feature extended manufacturer's warranties, which must be registered within 28 days of purchase; consult the product documentation for further details.
Events Beyond Our Control We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the supply or delivery of goods, any damage or defects in the goods, or any other liability resulting from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such events include but are not limited to accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disasters, failure of telecommunications networks, transport network disruptions, mechanical failures, acts of God, terrorist attacks, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, government actions, and import or export restrictions.

By continuing to access, browse, and use this website, you are deemed to have accepted any changes or updates to our Website Terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable (including provisions that exclude or limit our liability), the validity, legality, or enforceability of the other provisions and the remainder of the questioned provision shall not be affected. Our contract will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
Unless otherwise stated, any "Was" prices have been charged for a minimum of 28 days at a higher price, and those products were available at that higher price both in our store and on our website. Please contact us for further information.
